For your next home-cooked meal

Nothing can beat the flavour of locally-grown garlic so skip the stuff at the grocery store and pick up some garlic from the farm stand. Mindful Harvest Farm grows three varieties - Chesnock Red, Yugoslav and Susanville.
Chesnock Red (hardneck) is a full-flavoured garlic with a sweet and mild aftertaste. A great all-round garlic for your culinary dishes.
Yugoslav (hardneck) packs a bit more of a punch with a strong, long-lasting flavour.
Susanville (softneck) is a milder choice when eaten uncured and will become a bit hotter as it cures.
All garlic is harvested in July and will be available at the farm stand beginning late-July, early August.
